HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PROPERTIES ARE FOR RENT?
All properties listed for rent are available on our website Omardrive.com/Residents. If you are not seeing a property that interests you, please check back as we always have new listings coming available.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO RENT FROM YOUR COMPANY?
Anyone 18 years old and older can sign into a legal agreement. We also require anyone over the age of 18 who intends to reside at the property to fill out an application and pay an application fee.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR A PROPERTY?
All rental applications are completed electronically through our website. Please go to Omardrive.com/Residents and click “Apply Now” for the property you are interested in renting. Provide as much information as you can on your application. All adults (18 years of age or older) applying to live at the property must complete a separate application. The Management staff reviews applications in the order they are received.
IS THERE AN APPLICATION FEE?
There is an application fee of $35 per person. All adults (18 years of age or older) applying to live at the property must complete a separate application. If your application is approved, you will be sent an email to the address provided on your application containing a link to complete a background check. A portion of your application fee is applied to the cost of the background check. After a background check is completed you will receive an email letting you know if you are approved or denied. If denied, you will be given a reason for your denial.
I APPLIED FOR A PROPERTY BUT NOW ITS UNAVAILABLE. CAN I APPLY FOR ANOTHER?
Sometimes we received multiple applications for a property. If you have an approved application for a property that is now unavailable; you may request to use that approved application to apply for a different property as long as its within your rental price range without having to pay an additional application fee. Your approved application is valid with our company for 90 days.
HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR THE UNIT I AM APPLYING TO RENT?
The security deposit amount is listed on the property listing. All security deposits comply within the states legal limit. Your security deposit is due at the time of signing a lease to hold the property. We reserve the right to void the lease agreement and offer the unit to another applicant if the security deposit is not received within 3 business days of the lease being signed. Payment for the security deposit can be made through the resident site which can be set up when you sign the lease.
DO YOU ACCEPT HA/SECTION 8 HOUSING?
